Refund policy

Refunds or replacements will only be processed with authorization from the restaurant partner/store. We will verify the request with the store before proceeding.

For issues like food spillage, foreign objects, incorrect items, poor quality, or other product-related concerns, valid proof must be provided. Without sufficient evidence, XPANZ will not process a refund or replacement.

Refunds will not be granted if specific order instructions were not followed, though restaurant partners/stores will make reasonable efforts to comply.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used unless credited to your account. If refunded to a bank account, the timing of the refund will depend on your bank’s policies.
